Fees & Registration

  • $40 per Pet for the weekend.
  • Each registered Pet will receive a wristband that must be worn on the Pet’s collar at all times while on festival grounds.

  • Pets must be leashed and under your direct control at all times outside your campsite.

Service Pets

  • Pets individually trained to perform tasks for a person with a disability (as defined under the ADA) are welcome free of charge.

Owner Responsibilities & Liability

By bringing a Pet onto festival grounds, the registered owner/handler agrees to the following:

  1. Assumption of Risk. Owner acknowledges that festivals involve crowds, noise, other animals, and unpredictable conditions, and voluntarily assumes all risk of injury, illness, loss, or death to their Pet arising from attendance.
  2. Responsibility for Behavior. Owner is solely and fully responsible for their Pet’s behavior and for any injury, property damage, or harm the Pet causes to any person, animal, or property during the event.
  3. Indemnification. Owner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the festival, its organizers, staff, volunteers, and venue from any claims, damages, injuries, or losses arising from or related to the presence or conduct of their Pet.

  5. Clean-Up. Owners must immediately clean up after their Pets. Waste bags must be carried at all times.

Fire?

Campfires are allowed in designated areas.  The venue provides fire pits and rings for designated sites and communal areas.

Never use accelerants: Start fires naturally using dry tinder and kindling instead of gas or lighter fluid.

Supervise constantly: Keep a dedicated bucket of water and a shovel right next to the fire pit.

Never leave unattended: An adult must watch the flames at all times, and the fire must be fully put out before bed.

Extinguishing the Fire: Douse, stir, and douse again – Pour water over every ember, stir the ashes thoroughly to release trapped heat, and douse a second time.

Cold to the touch: Place your bare hand close to (or gently touch) the wet ash to verify zero residual heat remains

Fire spinning is not allowed for attendees.

ice?

Ice will be made available during the event

reentry?

Weekend campers are allowed to leave the venue and return.  Day pass holders are not allowed to leave the venue and return.
